Where can I find my activation code?
Your unique activation code is on the warranty sticker on your product packaging, alongside the QR code. Enter it exactly as shown.
Where can I find my product ID?
Look for the product number or SKU on your product label, packaging or invoice — for example, 7135-WW. This is different from your unique activation code.
What proof of purchase do I need?
Upload a clear copy of the invoice from the distributor you purchased the product from. Make sure the product details and purchase date are readable.
What if my code does not work?
Check the code against your packaging and try again. If you still need help, contact warranties@welzh.com with your product ID and a description of the problem.
